This online enrolment form will hold your reservation for 3 days from time of submission. We must receive your payment information within that time to complete your registration. Do not insert credit card details in this electronic form. If you do not hear from us shortly, please call our toll-free line at 1-866-809-6999 to provide payment information. Once your registration is processed, you will receive confirmation by e-mail. Please note that space is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance registration is required. Please read payment terms and conditions below.

Payment Terms and Conditions:
Payment is by credit card only. Please call in your payment information on our toll-free line at 1.866.809.6999, or fax it to us at 905.486.9895 using the downloadable Registration Form in the left-hand column.
Once payment has been processed your registration is complete. In order to keep fees low for everyone, we do not offer refunds once registration has been processed. While fees paid are not refundable, you may transfer your registration to another person if you are unable to attend.
